Nestled in the serene countryside, our expansive house is the ideal getaway for large groups of family and friends. With 13 individually appointed rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a special celebration, our farm house provides the perfect setting. Experience the peace and beauty of the countryside with all the comforts of home. The space Amenities: Spacious Accommodation: Our 13 rooms ensure everyone has their own private space, each equipped with own en-suite, many with a bath. Open-Plan Restaurant: Enjoy meals in our large, welcoming restaurant area, perfect for group dining. Relaxation Spaces: Unwind in our cosy sitting room or have a drink and act as bar tender in the lounge. Industrial Style Kitchen: Cook up a feast in our fully equipped, large industrial kitchen, with induction hob, double oven and air fryer. Beautiful Patio: Soak in the sun on our south-facing patio, which offers stunning views over a tranquil small lake and the surrounding countryside. Our private rental house is designed for relaxation and socialising, providing ample space for everyone to come together or find their own peaceful corner. The surrounding 360-degree countryside views create a tranquil and picturesque backdrop, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. 13 rooms; 3 twin, 6 double (3 are small rooms but double beds in), 1 family room (king size bed & bunkbeds), and 3 suites (with king sized beds and separate private lounge areas, 2 of which contain sofa beds) Please be aware the owners live in a flat within the building (with separate amenities and access) and the rear garden is private (not for guest use) Also please note that we do not accept dogs, with the exception of guide or medical assistance dogs. Guest access Guests are allowed to access all of the available rooms and the public spaces. There is a large south-facing terrace to the front of the building which is available for guests to use at their leisure. There is a locked office area and cleaning cupboards. The hosts live on-site with their family in a flat marked as 'private' and locked during guest stays. We ask that guests respect our privacy. There is a back garden and patio area to the rear of the property which are private and not for guest use. Other things to note There is a lake to the front of the property. It is set back from the building, with a driveway in-between. However, please do be aware that there is no railing directly around the lake so please be responsible for children at all times.
