White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views. The space super comfy, great views of the mountains and Horse pastures. Guest access There is a key box on the left-hand side of the door frame. The code will be provided on the day of your arrival. Other things to note We are located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, so we do have some wildlife such as Deer, Racoons and an occasional Bear in the summer months. We do encourage you to keep your car windows up at night and please no food in your car.
