The Pond House is a ranch style home built in the 80’s. It’s located on 30 acres of wooded land overlooking a small pond. Very quiet and secluded environment. We are the closest neighbors on the other side of the pond, available if needed. Our extended family enjoys using the home. We look forward to others enjoying this warm and welcome home. No parties or gatherings. 6 guests ONLY, including children. 2 vehicles only, NO TRAILERS, alternative parking can be pre-arranged Other things to note There are no bathtubs in the home.
