Single family home, situated on quiet street, in small town with a private back yard, to view from the bedroom. Approximately one hour north of Toronto, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Transit available into neighbouring towns. The space A single room, with a queen size bed, craftmatic to enjoy your own unique positioning. Host spends most time outside with pets and gives the most privacy while you stay here. Price is designed for a one individual, but can easily accommodate more if negotiated. Parking in driveway available, and keyless entry into house. Guest access guests will have access to a shared bathroom, livingroom, kitchen, and access to the back yard with approval confirmed During your stay I am available for the entire duration of the stay. I will be spending most time with my pets out doors. Other things to note I have other rooms available if needed, in the basement, which are a reduced price due to renovations going on. Arrangements would have to be negotiated prior to usage.
