WSU and downtown Pullman are all within a walk or short drive, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Rosauers grocery store, Starbucks, and other local restaurants. After a fun filled day visiting with family & friends, touring the campuses, working, or exploring the Palouse, unwind on the patio or next to the fireplace, while enjoying all the space and privacy the apartment has to offer! The space Our inviting daylight basement apartment in the lower unit of a home has all you'll need for a football weekend with friends, a visit of any kind to campus or the Moscow/Pullman area, or for a longer stay in Pullman. SOME THINGS TO NOTE: **Because it is a basement apartment, you MAY hear occasional foot traffic from above. We have provided a fan for each room, as well as an air cleaner, and ear plugs for your comfort if you may be sensitive to light noise and these are needed. ** **The lower bedroom has a lower ceiling height, so if you're on the taller side and plan to use that room, we feel it's good to know that in advance.** **There are two bedrooms, each with a large closet, and another closet in the living area hallway for all of your storage needs. Lower bedroom and living room each feature a smart TV for your use Please note: no cable, but with our provided wifi, you can sign in to all the popular streaming apps** **Kitchen is stocked with what you would need for cooking most meals, and you can choose to dine outside on the covered patio, at the kitchen table, or informally sitting around the small kitchen island. ** **The upstairs unit is currently rented through June 2025 by a local professional couple. They have a small dog, London, you may see roaming the back yard.** **There may be some interaction with our upstairs tenants and/or their pup if you choose to enjoy the patio during your stay, otherwise, the outdoor space is private (separated from the back yard by a small fence) with plenty of room to work or relax inside and out.** **We do ask that you leave the gate closed for the safety of London. The back yard beyond the small patio fence is solely for the upstairs tenant's use.** **Reminder: The lower bedroom has a lower ceiling height, so if you're on the taller side and plan to use that room, we feel it's good to know that in advance.** Guest access Facing the home from the street, to the right of the home, you will enter the down a few stairs, a short gravel path and through a latched gate. The patio and barked areas are solely yours to use. You will enter the interior using a code that will be provided prior to check in, and the entire apartment and adjoining patio is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The apartment is a lower unit of a home. **There will likely be occasional foot traffic or muffled speaking sounds,** but according to our guests, past reviews, and our time in the apartment, these sounds should not be heard if the tv or any fan is on in any part of the house. If you're sensitive to this, this apartment will not be a good choice for you. Ear plugs are also provided if desired. The lower bedroom has a shorter clearance as you enter the room, so if all of your party are on the taller side, you will need to take note when entering the room. **Back yard is for upstairs tenant use only. We appreciate guests leaving the gate to the back yard closed at all times** **There are two twin blow up mattresses for your use for extra sleeping space** Miscellaneous Information: **Heating the home:** The home has heater in each room: a gas stove in the living room which can be turned on with a switch on the back right hand side. Each bedroom and bath has a cadet heater with its own control knob for your comfort. The kitchen heat is in the ceiling and is controlled with the thermostat to the right of the microwave. **Garbage and Recycling** The large brown recycling bin and the slim gray garbage bin are next to the entrance gate of the apartment. Taking out your recycling and garbage is much appreciated but not required.
