Private Abodu Guesthouse in Downtown San Jose

Stay at Flora's: Our Abodu guesthouse is the perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple to stay in downtown San Jose. The Abodu has everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy our backyard or the great indoors at the end of your day. We offer really fast Wi-Fi, an easy to use coffee machine, and high quality linens for our guests' comfort. Our full kitchen includes high end appliances and everything you need to prepare your own meals. The space The guesthouse is located in our backyard. The backyard and entrance are shared with two other Airbnb listings, as well as our family. You will more than likely see our dog, kids, us, and other guests. *No parties or gatherings allowed.* No filming or photo shoots allowed. We have an outdoor seating area next to the Abodu for guests to enjoy, and guests can also use our outdoor dining table. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the backyard area next to the guesthouse. Other things to note *No parties or gatherings allowed. Violators will be asked to leave.* Please keep the windows closed if you have the heater/AC on. Ask if you need help with the sliding door or screen; these can be tricky to use and if they get stuck, can be severely damaged. Parking can be limited. If you're here on a Monday or Tuesday, please observe street parking signs to avoid a parking ticket.
