Your Own Private Geothermal Pool!

Our "Magic Water House" is located near Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs. Enjoy soaking in your own year-round private geothermal pool right outside your back door! Also enjoy the beauties of the Hagerman Valley, Thousand Springs, Salmon Falls Creek, Balanced Rock, golf, fishing, hiking, kayaking, rafting, & year round swimming! NOTE: Home is 10 miles from town, private, but you will sometimes hear traffic on Hwy 30. Please do not book if this issue might affect the location rating you give. The space Our Magic Wster House offers a comfortable, private stay with plenty of parking. There are 3 bedrooms...Master has comfy King bed and bath, Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and nearby full bath, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds also near the full bath. There is extra sleeping space in Master and Living area. We offer the use of 2 sleeping pads (including bedding) and/or a Pack-n-Play if needed. There is a well-stocked kitchen, desk/work area, living room. The home also features a 12’ x 24’ private year round geothermal pool with surrounding patio, just outside the back patio doors. Guest access You will have full use of the large parking areas, the back patio and pool, and the entire home except the garage and fenced off area behind the garage. Other things to note The water for this home is supplied by a geothermal well. It does have a slight sulfur smell. It is safe to drink but has an unpleasant taste due to high mineral content, therefore the home is serviced with plenty of Hagerman Valley Spring Water in a large hot/cold water dispenser for drinking. Depending upon your carrier, cell phone service is limited at the home....but the WIFI is awesome! So you may wish to hook up to the wifi for calling.
