We own a Seasonal Soft Ice Cream Shop, "The Barn" across the parking lot, it is housed in our Authentic 1800's Barn,... our setting is fun and family oriented. We have a private parking lot that we keep plowed in the winter. Just 1/2 a block away, is the beautiful, clean, Upper Hudson River, we have kayaks that we allow our guests to use. The views when rowing up the river are absolutely beautiful! The public Library, grocery store, Subway Shop, Pizza shops, convenience stores, pharmacy, cafe's and ice cream shops are all within a short walking distance. We are 10 minutes from West Mt Ski Resort, for great downhill & Xcountry skiing, as well as snow tubing,.. they have a great restaurant with beautiful mountain view's. We're 15-20 mins to both Lake George and Saratoga Springs. We have tried to provide everything that we think you'll need, but feel free to ask us if you want to be sure that we have thought of everything for you. This does requires doing deck stairs to access.
