Description

This is a 3rd floor guest bedroom in a 3-story house in midtown Houston, in between downtown and the Medical Center within walking distance of the Metro Rail that connects the two. We've rented out the 3rd floor master and the 1st floor guest bedroom on Airbnb for a few years. You will share the 2nd floor living space and kitchen with other Airbnb guests and have a garage parking space (for a fee, if available. Street parking is almost always available). The space The window of the room faces the driveway area behind the house, and is across a hallway from the master bedroom. It does sit next to the washer and dryer room. During your stay We don't live in the house - we moved out in 2018 and have rented out the rooms since then. We still own the house and you might see random baby toys and pictures of our friends lying around =). My (Anthony) dad and I will drop in from time to time to cut the grass/hedges and do some maintenance as well. Other things to note There will be other guests in the house, through Airbnb and possibly just through word-of-mouth. Your AC controls are actually in the master bedroom and you should communicate with whoever is staying there about any possible needs for temperature settings.
