4-season chalet in Fossambault-sur-le-lac

Located less than 30 minutes from Quebec City and 250 m from the beautiful Lac-Saint-Joseph, our chalet is located close to a multitude of services. You will love our chalet for the tranquility of the neighborhood, nature, outdoor activities, comfort and outdoor terrace in summer, not to mention the many water activities on the lake! Contact me to make arrangements for your next stay. The space Our chalet is located on a private plot of land belonging to us of nearly 7500 sq. ft. with a fire pit in the back. The chalet is equipped with 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed, and the second with 2 single beds. We also provide a comfortable double inflatable mattress. The dimensions of the cottage are 30 x 24 feet or (9 x 7.20 m). Please note that all bedding is provided. The chalet has an air exchanger and we have air conditioning. The propane stove is very nice in winter as well as late in the evening in summer. The bathroom with a shower/bathtub was modified a few years ago. Also included in your rental is the washer and dryer as well as the washing liquid. Bathroom linen is included in your rental price. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Wine glasses are available for white and red as well as some lemonade glasses. :-) We have on site some condiments such as pepper, salt, oils, spices, garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning products, etc. that you can use. We have TV that is broadcast over the Internet with Bell as well as access to Netflix. A Bluetooth sound bar is also available if you want to pair your devices. High-speed wireless will allow you to listen to your favorite shows without hassle. The 12 x 22 ft (3.7 x 7 m) front covered gallery with patio set will allow you to relax without worrying about the weather. Sliding curtains can be slid to completely close the space in case of wind. A propane BBQ is also available (summer) to really enjoy your vacation outdoors.
