Located less than 30 minutes from Quebec City and 250m from the magnificent Lac-Saint-Joseph, our cottage is located near a multitude of services. You will appreciate our cottage for the tranquility of the neighborhood, nature, outdoor activities, comfort and the outdoor terrace in summer, not to mention the many water activities on the lake! Contact me to make an arrangement for your next stay. The space Our chalet is located on a private land belonging to us of nearly 7500pc with a fireplace in the back. The cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms including the main bedroom with a king bed, and the second with 2 single beds. We also have a comfortable double air mattress at your disposal. The dimensions of the cottage are 30 x 24 feet or (9 x 7.20 m). Note that all bedding is provided. The cottage has an air interchange and we have air conditioning. The propane stove is very nice in winter as well as late evening in summer. The bathroom with a shower/bathtub were modified a few years ago. Also included in your rental is the washer and dryer as well as the liquid to be washed. Bathroom linens are included in your rental price. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Wine glasses are available for white and red as well as some limonadiers.:-) We have on site some condiments such as pepper, salt, oils, spices, garbage bags, garbage bags, dishwasher, cleaning products, etc. that you can use. We have television that is broadcast over the Internet with Bell as well as access to Netflix. A bluetooth sound bar is also available if you want to pair your devices. High-speed wireless wireless will allow you to listen to your favorite shows without hassle. The front covered gallery 12 x 22 feet (3.7 x 7 m) with patio set will allow you to relax without worrying about the weather. Sliding curtains can be slid to completely close the space in case of wind. A propane BBQ is also at your disposal (summer) to really enjoy your vacation outside.
