The space Although this is a large resort style property, this unit is located on the north east end of the property so it has more privacy than many of the other units. There are train tracks that run relatively nearby, however the noise from the running trains is not overly obtrusive when the windows are closed. Please be aware that the H.O.A. where this condo is located requires a 48 Hour notice of bookings in order to get the information packet and keys ready and available for your arrival. This 48 hour window does not include weekends. ie. you would need to book on a Wednesday to have access the following Monday. Guest access Guests have access to entire property and full use of all amenities in North Coast Village by using the provided key fob.
