This is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located in the beautiful south hill neighborhood of Spokane. I use a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code will be sent to you 15 minutes before check-in on the day of arrival. Cheers! The space The living room has a two seat reclining sofa and a three seat non-reclining sofa. A queen bed is set up in each of the bedrooms. There’s a 55 inch 4K Sony TV in the living room with access to cable channels, as well as a 4K DVD player. There are wall heaters in every room. I do set up an AC unit in the living room and main bedroom during the summer months. (Please be aware that the second bedroom does not have one.) . There is a washer and dryer for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with Rachel Ray cookware and plenty of dishes/silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. The backyard is fully fenced and there is off street parking in the gravel driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (minus a storage closet for cleaning supplies), the backyard, and the front yard. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just shoot me a message in advance to ask for an exception. At the start of your stay you will be provided with paper towels, dish soap, a cleaning sponge, 3 rolls of toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. These amenities are NOT replenished during your stay and you will need to buy products beyond the supplied inventory if needed. (If 4 people stay 4 nights, the supply should be adequate.) Pets are NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. I have a bucket located on the patio to dispose of butts. Thank you!
