Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps six guests comfortably across three bedrooms with four beds, offering space for families or small groups. Each bedroom is prepared with bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage so you can settle in easily. Two full bathrooms with a bathtub, towels, soap, and other essentials ensure everyone has space to refresh after a day in the sun. Kitchen & dining Cook meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics like pots & pans. Enjoy your dishes at the indoor dining table or move outdoors to the patio for a relaxed coastal meal under the fan. A free washer and dryer make longer stays simple and convenient. Outdoor living The screened patio serves as the heart of the home, a space where you can lounge, dine, and enjoy the gentle coastal air. With a ceiling fan above and greenery surrounding the private backyard, it’s a perfect retreat between beach visits. Beach access is nearby. Smoke alarms along with a fire extinguisher, provide peace of mind during your stay. Neighborhood Located in a quiet residential area close to Jacksonville Beach and the Mayo Clinic, you’ll be near dining, shopping, and local attractions while enjoying the calm of a private home. With free parking for two vehicles, self check-in, and long-term stay options, you can come and go at your own pace, feeling right at home by the coast.
