Cottage in Kinsale

Welcome to the "Waterfront Kinsale Cottage", we hope you find it as charming as we do. Whether you're in need of a vacation away from the city, a change of scenery while working from home, or some outdoor time by the water. Guests can expect a relaxing, enjoyable visit during their stay. The space The Kinsale Waterfront Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom private guest house that includes lots of outdoor space and a deck. See below for details on the spaces - Bedrooms - The master bedroom is the "Blue Suite" which has a queen-sized bed and is complete with a view of the water. The "Grey Room" has a queen-sized and twin-sized bed as well as a desk, for those working during their stay. Each bed is setup for our guests' comfort during their stay. Bathroom - The bathroom is adjacent to both bedrooms and, while small, will check off all of the boxes to complete your stay. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided as well as clean towels. Kitchen - The full-kitchen includes everything our guests need for their stay including refrigerator, stove-top and oven, and sink. The kitchen includes a coffee station and has a full set of cookware, dinnerware, and spices (enough for even the avid cook!). Living Spaces - There are two living areas both inside and on the enclosed patio, each has a seating area and a dining table. While the living spaces on the patio provide an unmatched water view, especially at sunrise/sunset, the indoor living room includes a fireplace to bring comfort to you. Outdoor Spaces - There are several outdoor spaces that guests have access to, including a grilling area, fire pit area, and the deck. There are two kayaks that may be rented for an additional fee of $25 each per day. Guest access Property Access: Guests are welcome to explore all 2 acres of the property but are asked to respect the privacy of the main house. During your stay, you will have private access to all areas surrounding the guest house (grill area, fire pit area, and waterfront yard area). The remaining area of the property (front yard and deck) will be a shared access area unless otherwise requested. If you would like private access to the deck, this is available upon request (subject to an additional fee). Parking: Upon arrival, guests can find paved parking at the end of the driveway on the left. Up to two cars are permitted per stay. Other things to note WiFi Access - Guests will have access to high-speed internet throughout their stay anywhere inside. Internet speeds are typically +150 MBPS download and 10-50 MBPS upload with ~10 ms latency. Please note that the connection to the WiFi outdoors may be less accessible. TV Entertainment - Each TV includes an amazon fire stick that provides guests with access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. Pets - Guests are encouraged to bring their pets to enjoy the property but must inform the hosts in advance at booking. Guests are limited to a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be kept under control at all times. A flat pet fee is charged to pay for additional cleaning services to prevent allergy issues for future guests.
