The open floor plan and kitchen, allows room to cook and dine together. Your older family members, can stay in the downstairs master bedroom, where there's a comfortable king sleep number bed. Upstairs, there's a second spacious master bedroom with a king sleep number bed, and it's own private bathroom. There's also an upstairs sitting area, where your kids can hang out, play games, and watch their favorite shows on the big screen T.V. This home has a beautiful landscaped yard, with a gas grill, and 2 outdoor sitting areas. The back porch is screened in, and offers additional space to relax and dine. We have a family member who lives 5 minutes away that will be your direct contact person if you would need assistance during your stay. Harmon Bay is a quiet, charming, beach cottage, neighborhood with lovely landscaping, street lamps, and sidewalks. There is a large nature preserve in the center of the community. This neighborhood offers a safe and serene place to walk. Located in the vicinity of Jungle Jim's Water Park, Fresh Market Grocery Store, Thompson Island, and Blue Coast Restaurants. It's also conveniently located close to outlet shopping. Located just down the road from Rehoboth Park and Ride Station. Park your car in the lot, and have a clean Rehoboth transport vehicle, provide round trip service to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. Please ask me about a monthly rental discount.
