Then enjoy Wekiva kayaking,hiking,&tubing 5min away. Beaches within an 1hr. Also, very close to HIGHLAND MANOR and many other wedding venues. Wekiva Springs is 5min away. We love providing a warm space and plenty of room to relax& get away from daily stress and be together. We do NOT allow parties in our home. The space Beautiful view of park/reserve formal living room and dining room with gourmet kitchen & large family room. Large master suite(downstairs) with luxurious bathroom and direct lanai access from the suite. Second king bedroom junior suite(downstairs)with adjacent private bath. 3rd bedroom(downstairs) queen bed 4th(downstairs)bedroom full bed& 5th(upstairs) has 2 sets of bunk beds (perfect for kids and adults alike). Upstairs enjoy the billiards room with upstairs bath. Park and playground with grill steps away. All of central Florida is within 30 min and beaches about an hour. Go from antiquing in quaint old Florida Mt. Dora to the excitement of Daytona. From Disney to Universal Studios, to snorkeling in the pristine Wekiva Springs. It is all here. Guest access The entire house except our master closet, and office. Please enter through the front doors. Please enjoy the park and grill. Other things to note We have wonderful neighbors with whom we have a great relationship and we want to keep it that way. No loud parties and the neighborhood is quiet early. So be aware that many are working and retire to bed early. Watch noise levels after 9pm. Thanks in advance! Also, in the intrest of disclosure, we have 2 cameras in front window facing driveway and yard. They are for security and no other cameras are on the property as guest's privacy and safety are very important to us.
