This charming cottage is located in beautiful Rye, NH just steps to the beach. The home consists of two queen bedrooms, a spacious TV room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry. An extensive renovation was completed in June 2025. The project went down to the studs and completely rebuilt the space to modern specifications. New appliances, furniture, mattresses, and more. Thank you for your interest in the home! The space The Home: This comfortable and colorful two bedroom cottage offers two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking essentials and also includes a washer and dryer to help provide for a seamless stay. The unique property allows for a serene setting a five minute walk to the beach access. While the Seacoast is quite temperate during the season, air conditioning and heat are provided for those unusually hot or cold days. The driveway immediately to the left of the home has room for three cars. The home’s central location allows for easy and convenient walks to the beach access (.2 mile), Common Roots convenience store and restaurant (.5 mile), The Carriage House Restaurant (.6 mile) and Summer Sessions Surf Shop and Sandpiper Coffee shop (.7 mile). This home is not suitable for guests looking to host any type of parties. It is located on a quiet, residential street and it shares the property with two other single family homes--it is of the utmost importance that all guests are respectful of the neighborhood and the neighbors at all hours. If noise issues arise, the police will be notified and the group will be forced to vacate the property. If you are interested in additional happenings outside of town, the home’s location is 15 minutes in either direction from downtown Portsmouth, Kittery, and Hampton Beach. Portsmouth is a wonderful historic city; if the history excites you check out the Stawbery Banke Museum! The city also has a bunch of very good restaurants and neat shops. If shopping is in order, drive just across the border into Kittery, Maine and shop the renowned Kittery Outlets Throughout the summer Hampton Beach has fun sidewalk restaurants, arcades, and the famous Blink’s Fry Doe dessert !
