The space The Meadow House: Your Perfect Retreat Escape to The Meadow House, a cozy tiny home designed for both relaxation and adventure. Start your day in a comfy queen bed, then step outside to explore scenic trails, rivers, or nearby towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Seguin. Austin and San Antonio are just a 45-minute drive away for those seeking a day trip. After a day of exploration, return to unwind in our outdoor kitchen or enjoy a peaceful evening on your private deck, perfect for relaxing, dining, or stargazing — reserved exclusively for Meadow House guests. This 216 sq. ft. tiny house is thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts, including a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. With a newly installed cooling and heating system, you’ll stay comfortable year-round, no matter the season. Outside, relax and have fun—take a refreshing dip in the inground pool (open April–November), soak in the year-round hot tub, or challenge a friend to a game of Cornhole. The poolside bar offers easy access to your favorite refreshing drinks for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes both a gas and charcoal grill, microwave, toaster oven, pans, spices, and more. There’s even a private grill stand for those who prefer to cook solo, and we’re always happy to assist with your grilling needs. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their private tiny house and deck, along with access to the expansive yard, which features a decks, bar areas, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, farmhouse table, pool, hot tub, and our indoor rec room (the Brew House). These are just a few of the areas where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy the serene surroundings. While there isn't a full indoor kitchen, the outdoor kitchen space is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2-burner electric hotplate, and grills—everything you need for a great meal. If you plan to grill, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist with anything you need. Other things to note Keep in mind that our location is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife coexists. Be aware of the presence of fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more that share this land with us. These are creatures you might encounter or hear outdoors, not inside.
