Beautiful In-Law Quarters with a FANTASTIC View

The second half of a beautiful sprawling townhouse with some of the most idyllic views in the area. It is directly next to farmland and pastures (typically home to goats or horses) and has a beautiful backyard and screened in porch. Equipped with a grill this is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but should you choose to go out you're located just outside of the popular town of Intercourse so you'll be close to all the local attractions while staying in the country. Truly a FANTASTIC home! The space This home has two bedrooms- a master suite with a king sized bed and full bathroom on the first floor, and a second very spacious bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom on the second floor. There's a laundry, full kitchen, desk area (great for any business you may need to attend to or schooling), a screened in porch with a lovely backyard and patio area, as well as a spacious living room with the most spectacular view of the countryside. It's perfect for families or couples traveling together!! It is owned by a wonderful Amish family who lives on a neighboring property and if you're interested in the culture or have children who love animals they'd love to meet you if schedules allow. You'll be located on a typical Lancaster county backroad but just a three minute drive from the town of Intercourse, home to Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, Smucker Village, Corner Coffee Shop, and so much more. You'll also be 15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, the outlets, and restaurants along Route 30. Other nearby attractions include Sight and Sound Theatre, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, and downtown Lancaster, so no matter your reason for visiting you'll be sure to enjoy your stay! In the summer months several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found a short drive away as well. And our favorite recommendation for summer months is ice cream at nearby Lapp Valley Farm- a working farm with a shop selling fresh milk, cheeses, and ice cream. This home is a townhouse but during your stay we bet you won't even notice. Separated by a garage, you have your own private back lawn with a privacy fence separating the yards (everything pictured is exclusive yours for the duration of the stay). The parking, swing set, and basketball net is shared. Additionally if you would like to book the entire property- the other side of the townhouse is also available on Airbnb for stays (sleeps 12).
