This incredible 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 750 sq ft Cottage is steps from an inlet leading out to Peconic Bay. The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 currently has 2 Twins, Bedroom 2 has a queen Bed, but 2 twins can be requested. The cottage has a private entrance and private deck with BBQ, kitchen, and living area. The space This cottage is one of three separate cottages and part of a multiple-residence property. There is also a main house on the site where I live with my family and I’m easily accessible. Though the pool, pool house, and laundry facilities are shared, we practice social distancing and are negotiable regarding private times at the pool. Guest access Guests have access to 100 foot walking dock with seating to view incredible sunsets. Guests have use of the Pool, pool house w/bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests have use of Kayaks, canoes, bicycles, volleyball, badminton, ping pong and croquet. Guests will also have Seamless wifi and music at poolside.
