Note that for any stay of 7 days to 30 two guests are not allowed . This room is perfect for longer stays it has a lovely view of the front property garden. Perhaps you can view a few birds bathing in the water fountain or if you simply enjoy a sunny view this is perfect! The shades can darken the room just by closing it together,this way you are sure to enjoy a peaceful midday snooze if that is your preference . You have access to your lovely guest room.There is patio and front or back garden thats pretty during summer. Kitchen is accessible for guests of longer stays 7 days up with a requirement that they use it considerately,,only microwave and Air fryer is allowed and Rice cooker . During your stay ,please be mindful of others that are in the space ,sometimes there are guests who are asleep during the day so some quiet consideration is needed . The rain creates a muddy situation so please try not to walk on the grass or mud as this can track into the space,removing your shoes at the front is best no worries you can bring it in your room . For added security there is camera surveillance on facing glass patio doors inside the home and outdoors as well as a Ringdoorbell . Please do not collect or handle hosts mail or have mail coming to the address without hosts consent . During monthly stays two rolls of tissue is given but you must obtain your own tissue for the duration of the stay as well as cleaning supplies and garbage bags . There is no laundry service here please do not use the washer or dryer . Your guest manual has a list of laundromats located in the vicinity if needed.A fee of 20$ is required to use the laundry and this option is only for longer stay guest of 7 days up. During longer stays or regular stays please clean up after yourselves ,if you leave debris in the hallway or bathroom clean it up its pretty easy to keep the space clean , remember this is not a hotel so your consideration is appreciated . Do not use gas stove . You may hear a loud thump sometimes ,that is the basement sump pump,nothing to worry about .
