Safe, perfect location steps away from Times Square, Broadway, Port Authority, all subway lines, nightlife, & restaurants of every cuisine. 2nd floor walk-up, all utilities included (A/C, heat, Internet, flat screen TV w/ plug-in computer hookup capability, fully furnished (sleeper couch, large bed), full kitchen & full bath with tub (both with new appliances). The space Unique, clean & cozy space with world travel decorations, lanterns, and small buddhas. (All of my personal items, surfaces & closets will be cleared out for you.) Guest access Full, private apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note I am flexible with check-in/check-out times and most things, just ask! (Looking for a long-term guest, ideally.) For your use: Clean towels, bedding, iron, hair dryer, coffee and tea provided. This apartment can be somewhat loud from the street below at night if you are not used to some minimal noise, since it is one floor up on a busy avenue.
