Cozy private room& bath near SFO

This is a private suite in our house with separate entrance and private bathroom, shared gym, foosball table and laundry. Queen size bed, plenty of closet room, office desk and chair, kitchen island, mini fridge, microwave, WiFi. Everything is new and clean. Convenient transportation to SF Downtown, SFO. Only 5 minutes to SFO. There is bus stop down the street to the city and airport. Walking distance to Caltrain/Bart. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. The space We live here, we love this house and would like to take care of it as much as we could. Guest access We have a gym in the shared room and you are welcome to use and workout. Please wipe the commonly touched areas after each use with the sanitary wipes provided. You are welcome to use the laundry appliances as well. Please do not access the backyard. During your stay We are available whenever you need advice or help. Other things to note Since our place is very close to the airport, there will be aircraft noise during the day. Not super frequent, but just to be aware. Please make sure to lock the gate when you are inside or out. We can accommodate potty-trained pets. If you bring your pet, no potty in the house please. Also please let us know what size/weight of your dog before booking. We do not accommodate parking. Street parking is free and most of the time available. No AC provided in the house, as most older houses in the area do not have air conditioning. A ceiling fan and space heater are provided for your comfort.
