My home is situated in a nice, quiet, and very dog-friendly neighborhood. I am within 1-5 miles of Trader Joe's, Target, 4 major grocery stores, several shopping centers, beaches and dog beaches, parks, and dog parks, freeways, many restaurants and eateries! Near major hospitals! The space A 1BD/1BA granny unit in the back, all to yourself, with private entrance. If desired, will provide coffee, juice, and fruits. About 1 mile away from Target, CVS, Ralph’s and Vons (both are major grocery stores, as well as 2 Costcos (one is 5 min away, and the other is 8 min away), and within 5 min from a gyms. I’m centrally located to nightlife, beach life, so many restaurants (including fine dining) in Eastside Long Beach near Cal State Long Beach, where you have easy access to neighboring beach cities like Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach. I’m also near LB airport, and only 25 min away from LAX, and only a few minutes from freeways to it’s an easy access to neighboring cities. Guest access There your personal driveway parking included with the gueshouse rental. Other things to note I am always available should there be a need.
