This secluded getaway is ideal for a couples retreat, but an available queen air mattress can accommodate another couple or the kiddos. Minutes from beautiful Canyon Lake and boat ramp #5 (free use) and Comal Park (fee) both offer boat ramps and an 18 hole Golf Course is across the street. The space This cozy studio was custom built by DnB Custom Homes, LLC, a local Custom Home Builder in the Hill country and surrounding areas. Custom features in architectural design and craftsmanship, from the ornate knotty alder cabinets to the travertine tiled shower, lend their appeal in providing a classy yet hill country warmth and charm. The studio has a King Ranch leather couch that pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, and the matching oversized love seat is equally comfortable and accommodating for a single sleeper. Also provided is a flat screen "Smart" TV with the extended package of cable channels and available access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon movie networks. Guest access This secluded property is situated on one acre of land and is snuggled behind the main residence. It is located on the 2nd floor (1st floor is storage area non-accessible) and has a covered private entry and its own private concrete drive and ample parking. Other things to note Other things to note Because this studio is on a second story, safety must be observed at all times. The stair well is wide and has handrails, but it can be challenging for seniors and small children without assistance. The covered front porch offers loads of hill country views and is well protected with angle iron railing, but little ones should be directly supervised at all times on the porch. Cell phone coverage may be intermittent and really depends on the carrier, but WIFI is available on site, and a dedicated network securely supports the studio guests.
