My Favorite Beach House

My favorite beach house is a patio family home in North Myrtle Beach. A 6 minute walk, 3 blocks to the beach. Bright & airy, decorated with personal furniture and belongings bought from all over the world, the owner is a well known photojournalist. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a stocked kitchen, outdoor patio w/charcoal grill & outdoor shower. Located in the center of Crescent Beach which is a historic local beach community. The space This space is unique because of the open living room, dining room, little bar kitchen and patio. It is a very organic space with lots of natural light all open to each other making communal living more dynamic. Privacy is available in the bedrooms. Guest access You can access all areas of the house except for one owners closet and an outside utility room that is for landscaping. Other things to note It is an individual home so you have privacy and especially because of Covid are safe and sound, if you do not want to interact with anyone you will not have to.
