The space This gorgeous custom built estate home has three finished levels, is comfortable, inviting and luxurious with an open floor plan, perfect for hosting large groups. You will enjoy 9 bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms, and 8,200 square feet on all three levels of "Goat Mansion". You will love the covered top floor balcony overlooking mature trees and the wooded .5 acres of property in the mornings and the evenings. Guest access We love sharing our blessings with others and making people happy. You and your guests will have exclusive access to very strong and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, eight Wifi TVs. Enjoy a full luxury kitchen (dreamy!) with all the appliances, double ovens, double dishwashers, three full refrigerators, farmhouse sink, separate ice maker, gas range cooking, an enormous 5'x8' kitchen island for catering food or a private chef, and an outdoor gas grill (request ahead). A washer and dryer are available on the top floor for your use too. If you need access to the elevator, please request ahead for proper operation instructions at check in or read the guest manual for details. The garage is for our storage, for hay and feed for the animals. Our great neighbors take care of them daily a use a separate garage code. Free parking inside our secured gated property with 24 hour security Guard Goats is available for up to 12 cars on or off the driveway. Additional street parking on side streets (not in front of the house). Other things to note Please only feed the goats their pellets, leaves, hay, veggies, fruit, bread, chips, nuts, things they can eat. (Not meats, not pies lol) Smoking is great for the balcony or the patio. Please DO NOT smoke inside the house. The 11 or so smoke detectors will sound and be very loud. I love memory foam beds and only two out of the 16 beds are spring mattresses versus memory foam. You will sleep well here! We have real beds for real people. Please be respectful of the house and leave it in a clean condition as you found it. Do not drag boxes across the hardwood floors and scratch it. Do report any issues. It is a beautiful home with an attentive host. Book with confidence. You and your guests will have a great time in Atlanta enjoying this house with your group. All special events need to be pre-cleared with the host and may include an event fee, please don't be loud outside the house after 11:00pm and wake up our amazing neighbors. We ask all cars and ride-shares to turn around and go head first out the gate.
