Near river bike path, NW Expressway, Whitaker, downtown and Autzen. 5.2 miles to Hayward Field. The space This beautiful, plant-filled home is truly an urban oasis for you to enjoy. Pets are also allowed to enjoy the home, pet door in small bedroom and fully fenced private yard for an additional fee of $15/night. The home is 1000 sq ft with 3 cedar decks to enjoy the abundant, 1/2 acre of lush yard and gardens. An enclosed front deck with seating area, a back dining deck with table, chairs and umbrella, and a private master bedroom deck are available for your lounging pleasure. There are two bedrooms; the master has a queen bed, dresser and shelves, a comfy chair and french doors that open up to the private back deck and hot tub. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a full bed and plenty of storage. Please note: the smaller bedroom only has a privacy curtain, no closing door. Upon entering the home is a mudroom to leave your coats and shoes. Vaulted ceilings and skylights in the living room create a bright and airy space to enjoy the Smart TV, conversation or a good book. A beautiful granite breakfast bar separates the living and dining areas. The dining room has a large table and a comfortable seating area to enjoy morning coffee and tea. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook great meals. Note: there is no microwave. Basic condiments, spices, etc. are free to use, but any bulk items used I ask that you please replace. There is a Vitamix, a Breville juicer, an InstantPot, a Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder and a Krups electric kettle for you to use. The step down bathroom off the kitchen has a skylight and a deep, jetted bathtub that is wonderful to soak in after a long day adventuring. Please note there is no laundry facilities on site. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the ample yard, decks and garden spaces along with the entire house which is set back from the low traffic road. Very private and welcoming, the yard is fully fenced and has a large front gate for your furry friends' protection. This is my beloved home that I love to share for your enjoyment while I am away. I ask in return for respect of personal items and property that is stored in closets, drawers, etc. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note You may hear trains at night from the train yard nearby off the Northwest Expressway.
