Loft in Denver

Why stay in a stuffy old hotel room when you can stay in a clean, sunny, beautiful, well-appointed loft in West Highlands? Two beds with an open loft floor plan, WiFi, Netflix, beautiful kitchen, huge deck, grill, and use of bikes are all included. Please note that we only rent to Airbnb guests who are fully verified and have reviews from other hosts. Please note there is no smoking whatsoever anywhere on the property. The space As you climb the stairs, you enter the airy space, encountering an open floor plan with a queen bed on the main level and another queen bed (a queen mattress) in the loft which is accessed by ladder. Note that the loft mattress edge is right up against a sloped ceiling. The floor plan is open and sunny. There is a well-appointed kitchen, a 100 sq. foot deck overlooking the neighborhood, a bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a beautiful, newly-painted living room, and a small yard. To ensure good indoor air quality, we use only low VOC paints, and clean with earth- and people-friendly products. we follow Covid cleaning guidelines. We live in this house and leave when it is rented out, so we will meet you with the keys. If we are gone, you will be given the code to the key box on the door and you will have access to everything you would need to relax, cook a good meal, or surf the Internet including wireless Internet, dishes, silverware, linens, a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. Please note that if you have children sleeping in the raised loft, they must be old enough to be able to negotiate a steep ladder to climb up as well as not fall out of the loft itself (this is NOT good for babies, toddlers, young children). The bed on the main level is a queen mattress with a 3-inch memory foam mattress on top. Very comfortable. The bed in the second level (loft) is also comfortable; it is a new mattress with a 3-inch thick queen memory foam mattress topper. One needs to climb a ladder to get there, and the lofted ceiling comes to the very edge of the bed. If you don't like climbing ladders or negotiating small spaces, think twice before committing to sleeping in the second bed. There are neighbors living downstairs in an apartment totally separate from yours. You might run into them in the laundry room, which is shared, but other than that, no space is shared. Your entrance is through the back door (not the front door). There is lots of sunlight in the loft during the day. At night, you can curl up by the fire (a thermostatically controlled fireplace heats the apartment). Note that we do live here full-time, so it is not an empty B&B rental. We do hire professional cleaners, so you will always find it clean and fresh. Importantly, this space requires climbing stairs to access, so it probably won't work with folks who have physical limitations that keep them from climbing stairs. Guest access We will meet you with the keys or provide a key code, then you will have the place to yourself, including a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, and a flat-screen tv equipped with Netflix. High-speed wifi too. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at noon.
