Other things to note House Rules By booking our home, you agree to the following house rules in addition to the standard platform Guest terms of service. During Your Stay Guest Count: The booking price is calculated based on the number of guests you entered. Please ensure your total guest count is accurate before booking to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Any non-registered visitors who stay past midnight will be considered additional guests and the guest who booked will be charged additional guest fees. Non-Guest Visitors: Inform the host if you expect to receive non-guest visitors on property. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of their guests and visitors. Parties: Parties are not allowed at this time. A party at this property is any gathering that includes 3 or more non-guest visitors on property at any one time. Total occupancy may not exceed 5 people total including guests and non-guest visitors. All non-guest visitors are to vacate the premises before 11:45 p.m. $995 fee for unauthorized parties and immediate termination of booking. Noise: Keep outside noise at a level respectful to our neighbors. To ensure guest and visitor compliance with city and county noise ordinances, sound (decibel level) monitors may be outside to detect noise levels only (not listenable audio). Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. Quiet Time: No noise outside of the home between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No fire/flame inside: No Smoking. Fireplaces are decorative only. No candles/incense. Internet Downloads: DO NOT ILLEGALLY DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT PROTECTED CONTENT. Comcast monitors for bit torrent and other peer-to-peer sharing sites and will mail us detailed warnings including date, time, and content titles. The guest who booked the property will be fined $100 per illegal download notice we receive. Multiple warnings can result in Comcast terminating our internet, so please do not allow any guests to misuse the Internet service. Parking: 1 carport parking space is available in front of the home. Other vehicles must park on the street. Cleaning: Clean as you go. Use paper towels/towelettes to remove makeup and clean messes (not cloth towels). Other Things to note: Security Camera: Our properties have exterior security cameras outside covering entry points. These are never pointed at pools, hot tubs, etc. Guests may not tamper with or disable our security cameras. Features Subject to Availability: We strive to keep our homes in excellent condition with all advertised features functioning properly. However, sometimes things break or otherwise are not available for guest use during some or all of their stay. Additionally, bed and furniture configuration is subject to change and house the setup upon guest arrival may differ from the setup pictured online. Pets: Dogs only. 1 dog weighing a maximum of 20 lbs is allowed with an additional $50 fee. Guests must provide dog breed and weight information prior to booking and receive host written approval. Guests must provide proof of current vaccinations for all pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be applied after check-out. Any pet damage (furniture, flooring, etc.) will also be charged after check-out. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. Service Animal requests: Must be submitted using our forms, which must be signed by a licensed physician treating the condition. If you wish to claim a service animal, contact us to obtain these forms before booking. Booking Termination: Violations of our house rules (especially but not limited to unauthorized parties) may result in immediate booking termination. Should the host determine a booking termination is necessary, the booking guest will receive a written Booking Termination Notice at which time all guests and visitors must vacate the property immediately. Cancellations: 100% Money Back for cancellations is available to those who cancel within an Air BNB applicable cancellation period. Other refund options may be available per Air BNB’s extenuating circumstances policy. If you are concerned about your ability to obtain a cancellation refund, then please familiarize yourself with Air BNB’s Cancellation Policies and Extenuating Circumstances policies prior to book this or any Air BNB home. Completing Your Stay: Check-Out: All guests vacate the home by 10 am unless the host provides written approval. Take Out Trash: Put all trash in the outside receptacles. Wash & Put Away Dishes: You may leave the dishwasher running if you like. Leave Home in Good Condition: Please leave the home in the same condition you found it. Furniture: Return any moved furniture, lamps, rugs, etc. back to their original positions. Outside Yards: Cleanup any outside trash and scrape outdoor grill if used. Broken Items: Let us know if anything was broken or needs our attention before next guest. Pets: Dogs only. Max 25 pounds. Pet Waste: Pick up all dog/pet waste from around the property. Don’t strip beds: We will take care of that.
