Welcome to "Sweet Olive" in Fairhope, AL - Newly updated/renovated addition with a full kitchen and laundry room . A cozy 2 bedroom - 1 bath (1 King bed & 1 queen bed) “Basement/apartment style” space located in the heart of downtown Fairhope within walking distance to everything. Truly an amazing location! Lovely shops, dining/bars and beautiful sunsets on the bay are just around the corner. Large screened in back porch off living area w/ spectacular views of old live oaks & fruit trees. The space Start your mornings with a walk to one of the coffee shops and or breakfast venues. You will also enjoy walking & shopping downtown along with a variety of casual and or fine dining options for lunch/dinner. And a stroll down to the bay & big pier is only a few blocks away to view an amazing sunset. *First Friday Art Walk *Farmers market (seasonal) *Christmas / Mardi Gras parades, Lighting of the Trees & Arts and Crafts Festival… all less than one block away. Guest access Guests will use the driveway to the right of the house and enter through the backyard the gate. There will be a lockbox/ code to access the back door. No parking allowed on the street. Other things to note If an earlier check in or late check out is needed , we will do our best to accommodate given the appropriate time frame of the request and pending the proceeding reservations. *Smart TV’s in both bedrooms *Internet/wifi *YouTube TV is provided on the TV in den area / Firestick remote for den TV Our house is very close to downtown. So we like to point out that you may hear occasional afternoon and or evening music/bands from some of the restaurants/venues, etc… You may also hear occasional walking/ noise from up above/upstairs since we do live on the floor above the basement. We also have a small dog. We strive to do our best to make sure our guests are happy & have a wonderful stay. 😊
