Island B&B...your sanctuary away from home! 1.3 MILES TO THE NEWPORT LINE...AND ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM NEWPORT!!! The space We pride ourselves in making your visit with us a priority. Your health and safety, as ours, is priority one, especially in these current times. We only use approved disinfectants! Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist! All high-touch surface areas have been sanitized! We wear protective equipment while cleaning! We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay! Enjoy your stay with us! The Second Beach Suite - is a 13'x20' spacious guest room with a queen sized bed... AC/heat...coffee machine...mini fridge...microwave and TV. You have a private access to this room through the main entrance to our home. *Couples traveling together who don’t mind sharing the bathroom are welcome to book both of our rooms with prior approval from us* The entire home uses filtered well water for your safety! Guest access Guests have access to their room and private bathroom, as well as the outdoor spaces, including the deck and fire pit areas. The upper level, the kitchen and the basement areas are prohibited due to your host living areas and our two dogs. Please respect our living spaces and enjoy our home, keeping noise down to respectable level. Thank you! During your stay We are a friendly family who enjoy meeting new people, but respect our guests privacy. Being local to the area...we offer knowledge of our area...suggestions for any dining experience you wish to have...tips on experiencing our magical island on any budget.
