Spacious house on the River and Creeper Trail!

Spacious and newly renovated home located right on the banks of the River! The Virginia Creeper Trail borders the property as well! Easily ride your bike to town or the Damascus Brewery. The quiet location with very little traffic is excellent for sitting by the river and listening to the water. The house will sleep up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for home cooking. The space Lovely Barn that has been converted to a beautiful home! Very comfortable with beautiful views of the river. Spacious and comfortable for a large group! The downstairs has a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, full bath and microwave/mini fridge as well as a 55” TV. Downstairs area has its own separate entrance as well, but can connect to the main house on the inside. The main part of the house has a large living room with 55” TV, master bedroom with king sized bed and full bath, fully stocked kitchen and dining area with a 6 person table. Upstairs is a sitting area and a kids room with two twin beds and a half bath. The house has another suite area connected on the opposite side of the house that is available to rent as well, if you have a group of up to 14 people and need more space! Guest access Guests have access to a large deck overlooking the river, large front yard and yard space by the river and fire pit. There is another small suite attached to one side of the house, with separate entrance. So there is a possibility of encountering other guests or sharing yard space in the large yard.
