The space This Clean and comfortable property has 3 bedrooms (2 on 1 side and 1 on the other side) providing extra privacy for you and your guests- enjoy gathering in the open living space in the middle of the home. Living room with Smart TV for streaming many free shows and movies. Must have your own codes for Netflix etc. Well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Marble counter tops. Carefully appointed art work, hardwood flooring, and new furnishings make this home away from home a comfortable place to relish the beach life. Enjoy the outdoor patio with grill and firepit, fully fenced yard. No smoking (of any kind) is allowed on the premises, violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the entire home. On the day of check in you will receive the new door security code which is changed after each guest has checked out.
