Children under 6 years stay for free. Upstairs, the bedroom opens onto a large private balcony with 2 sun loungers. On the ground floor, the terrace includes a barbecue, table and chairs. The duplex has a well-equipped kitchen. The seating area includes a flat-screen Tv with many channels. The bathroom includes a shower, toiletries and towels. Crib and other free items are available upon request. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and sauna in winter, as well as free Wi-Fi and secure parking inside the property. Families can enjoy the ball court or the giant trampoline available. There is a playground and a small house with toys and a sandbox for the little ones. All houses have a private terrace, outside furniture and barbecue for your own use. The entire property is accessible and non-restrictive, except for certain spaces that are used for our activity. Our family live in the premises so we are almost always available to help our guests with questions or other issues they may need help with. We are very pleased to give advice about special places to visit or restaurants to go to. Our Guesthouse is situated in the still unspoiled Algarvian countryside….. it is a haven for the bird watchers and nature lovers and you may also find our friends the chameleons, which is always a delight to watch for grownups and children. The picturesque village of Quelfes is small, there are some local cafés and a great restaurant! Alternatively to the self-catered houses, guests may visit the restaurants in Olhão and savour the local cuisine, known mainly for its seafood and great variety of fish. Faro, located 10 km away, is also a good place to visit typical restaurants and nightlife. Close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park, you will have the possibility to visit the various beautiful white beaches, go dolphin or bird watching as well as hippocampus. Faro International Airport is a 25-minute drive away and the Ria Formosa Natural Park is 4 km away. Praia da Fuseta is a 10-minute drive away. Free and secured parking spaces inside the property. Bus at 850 mt and train at 4 km The house is in an isolated and natural area. There is a dirt road for about 850 mts to get to the Farm. We highly recommend the use of a car. If you wish to buy groceries and similar, we recommend you to visit the various supermarkets and the vegetable and fish market, situated in the city of Olhão just 4 km away from Cochichos'. The whole area is truly calm and peaceful and surrounded by different kinds of trees, some of them with more than 100 years.
