The Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach gives you the best of both worlds for your family getaway, romantic weekend or ceremonial event. After adventuring in the sun, relax back at the resort with a spa treatment, a seat by the pool, a cocktail or two at the bar and a wonderful meal in the restaurant. At 758 square feet, the unit sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, balcony and a washer/dryer. The space ** Please note that the views may vary. All Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, so the front desk only assigns units to guests about a day prior to arrival. The 1B Deluxe units are all designed the same but the views vary and range from the 5th floor to the 11th floor. All units have views but not all units have a "full" ocean view. Barista Cafe open daily 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Lobby Bar open daily 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. In-Room Dining Whether you want a quiet breakfast on your sun-dappled balcony or a midnight snack after a night out, our room service offers an extensive selection of delicious dishes. Open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ** We can book multiple units for your large gathering. We can also book multiple units if your party prefers more privacy. If your dates are not available on our calendar, please message us and we may be able to direct you to another one of our listings, or secure your unit and dates and open space on a calendar. So please let us know and we can still work to provide you with whatever accommodations you require! This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking and first floor access ramps. This resort may offer suites with these special needs features: Some suites include wider than typical interior doorways, lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers. Some suites include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm and closed captioned TV. Please let us know if you require any suites with special accommodations. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.   The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.  Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.  A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.  Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.  Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.  Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.
