The space -- THE PROPERTY -- 940 Sq Ft | Beautiful Water Views | Free WiFi | For less than you might spend for a single hotel room, this downstairs family suite is the perfect getaway spot for you and your family or friends. Five guests total are allowed. WHERE YOU"LL SLEEP: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full-size Sleeper OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: **Large lounge/dinner deck w/ outdoor dining table, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor speaker system and overhead string lights **Covered and screened-in patio with ceiling fans, fire pit table (think- S'mores!), ping pong table, and large streaming TV. You can enjoy being outside without bugs and even if it is raining! **Dock area includes one covered dock with a table and seating, and an electric air pump. We also have two uncovered docks with a ramp that can be lowered allowing guests to walk in and out of the water, 2 large lake mats, life vests, a paddle boat, a two-seater kayak, a child's kayak and a canoe. We provide a few inflatable rafts or toys. **Board games are provided inside and corn hole or tether ball (provided) can be played outside. FOOD PREP AREA: coffee maker, toaster/air-fryer oven, microwave, 2-burner induction cooktop, a full-size refrigerator, granite counter-top, sink, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, blender, and BBQ grilling utensils. Some breakfast food, including coffee and sweeteners supplied. INDOOR LIVING: one cable and streaming TV in sitting room and one streaming TV in the master bedroom, Jack and Jill style bathroom with double vanity, toilet, and large shower but no bathtub. GENERAL: Linens, bath and beach towels supplied, soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied, washer/dryer, central A/C and heat, free Wi-Fi PARKING: Driveway (2-4 vehicles) -- POLICIES -- -By renting this space, guests agree that swimming and boating is done at your own risk and hold the host harmless in the event of a mishap. - NO smoking inside, but the patio has two ashtrays -Due to our home being "adopted" by a family of 5 cats, NO pets are allowed. Support animals are allowed but must accompany owners whenever owners leave the property. - No events, parties or large gatherings - NOTE: If the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition upon check-out, additional fees will be charged - NOTE: If you're bringing a boat, contact the homeowner prior to arrival. The boat ramp is not located on the property. Guest access Guests have full access to the patio, deck, back yard, and waterfront area with multiple docks and toys, canoe, kayak, and paddle boat.
