The Retreat - Spacious Home in Downtown Loveland!

Welcome to The Retreat! Historic home in the heart of Downtown Loveland perfect for family and friend groups. This house is complete with 3 Bedrooms that sleep up to 12 guests. The first floor is open-floor plan. Private fenced-in outdoor living space with covered patio, garden, seated firepit and hammock areas. Free Parking provided for up to 4 cars! Completely walkable location steps away from Bike Trail, Nisbet Park and all the best Loveland shops and restaurants! The space You’ll have access to the entire house, the fenced-in backyard space, and parking spaces in front of and inside the garage, located behind the house. The first floor is open-floor plan with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The first floor also has 1 full bath and a laundry room off the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds (plus 1 roll away twin bed in the queen room closet) and a second full bathroom. The house is newly furnished and painted as of September 2020. Outside you will find a covered dining area with a table, couch, and small TV. There is also a propane fire pit area with adirondack chairs and a relaxing hammock area. Guest access High speed wifi internet TVs have basic cable and smart TV options (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Washer + Dryer off the kitchen Dishwasher Microwave, Toaster, Crockpot, and blender Coffee machine and Tea Kettle - We provide folgers coffee, filters for coffee maker, assorted tea bags, powdered creamer and sugar packets for your use. Cooking/Baking supplies - we provided a variety of pots, pans, baking trays and dishes as well as mixing bowls and utensils. We try to provide all the basics so you don't have to - toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, linens, all plates/bowls/cups/silverware/various utensils, etc. Other things to note We try to provide as much as we can for our guests so you don't have to pack it! We provide all linens, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, tissue boxes, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and Trash Bags for each stay. The kitchen is fully stocked! You'll find: Mixer, Tea kettle, Crockpot, Coffee pot (Mr. Coffee), Supplies for tea and coffee, small selection of seasonings, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, Dish towels, Wine Bottle Opener, mixing bowls, Britta water pitcher, and a toaster. We also provide all dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and utensils. If you are looking to book dates many months ahead of time, please note we may not have released our availability that far out.
