The space Your home away from home boasts 1750 square feel of living space that includes three bedrooms, two full baths, living and dining rooms, kitchen, office, laundry room, and sunroom/library. Outdoor living spaces include large front porch, grilling terrace, and a small deck overlooking your fenced-in back yard and a creek. Guest access There is a key lock box on the front porch. Access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Off-street parking is available in the driveway to the right of the house. Additional parking is available on the street. Bicycles (not provided) can be stored in the basement. Other things to note TVs with Roku devices are located in living room, master bedroom and library. DVD players are also connected to master bedroom and library TVs. No cable at this time (air channels only in living room and master). Kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances, including coffee makers. The second full bath has tub with handheld shower wand. There is a sit-and-stand stroller and a backpack carrier in the master bedroom closet available for our guest with young children. We have a crib and a pack-n-play for guests who have infants and/or toddlers but require notice in order to set them up prior to arrival. There is a $15 fee for setting up the crib. Up to two house-trained dogs are allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $120 per pet/per stay. Sorry but absolutely NO CATS as our cleaning lady is highly allergic to them. See house rules for additional information. Monthly cleaning (payable by guest) is required for all stays that exceed 2 months. Cleanings shall be scheduled with the Host for 6 weeks after check-in and every 4 weeks following the first cleaning. A cleaning fee of $30/hour (minimum 3 hours) shall be paid through AirBnB's Resolution Center following each cleaning.
