The space Welcome to our spacious 120 m² holiday apartment "Urlaub bei Oma", which extends over two floors (1st and 2nd floor of the annex). The apartment is ideally designed for 7 to 12 people and offers a total of 12 fixed beds in a cosy combination of traditional solid wood furniture and real wood floors.🛏️ The 6 bedrooms (flexible room system) The accommodation has a total of 6 separate bedrooms. The use of the rooms adapts flexibly to the size of the group you have booked: Room layout: The rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, equipped with comfortable double beds, single beds and bunk beds. A cot can be provided if required. Included: The booking price includes 1 bedroom for every 2 people (over 3 years of age) as standard. Sustainable concept: The remaining bedrooms remain closed, but can be opened if needed for larger groups on the 2nd floor or flexibly booked as single rooms.🛁 The 3 bathrooms: For maximum comfort for larger groups and families, there are a total of 3 bathrooms available in the apartment. Wellness highlight: The main bathroom is equipped with a private, luxurious whirlpool bath, where you can relax perfectly after an active day in the Dolomites.🍽️ Kitchen equipment & living area The centrepiece for shared cooking evenings is the fully equipped kitchen-diner. It offers modern comfort for easy self-catering: Facilities: A modern dishwasher, an integrated oven, as well as hotplates, a fridge and a toaster are provided. A coffee machine and a kettle are also provided. Living area: Adjacent to this is the cosy dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.☀️ Balcony, terrace & outdoor areas The living space extends wonderfully outside: a private balcony and a sunny terrace are part of the apartment. You also have full access to the Rasterhof garden with the wood-fired Finnish sauna hut (Sept-May), the children's playground and real farm life. Guest access 🛏️ Important information about your use of the rooms (according to the number of people) In order to sustainably and optimally tailor our service to your group size, the number of open bedrooms is based on the exact number of people at the time of booking. The following rule applies: The basic principle: The booking price always includes 1 bedroom for 2 people. Children under 3 years of age: Small children under 3 years of age are excluded from this count (they sleep in their parents' bed or in a cot). If there is an odd number of people: If you are travelling with an odd number of guests, you will of course receive an additional room as a bedroom for the person without a partner. The room arrangement for 6 or more people as an overview: 6 people (over 3 years of age) = 3 bedrooms open (the remaining 3 rooms remain closed) 7 people (over 3 years of age) = 4 bedrooms open (the remaining 2 rooms remain closed) 8 people (over 3 years) = 4 bedrooms open (the remaining 2 rooms remain closed) 9 people (over 3 years) = 5 bedrooms open (the remaining 1 room remains closed) 10 people (over 3 years) = 5 bedrooms open (the remaining 1 room remains closed) 11 or 12 people (over 3 years) = All 6 bedrooms are fully available to you Would you like more flexibility or a single room?If you would like separate bedrooms (single room occupancy) for an even number of people, you can easily book additional rooms flexibly for a small surcharge. Just let us know before you arrive! Other things to note To ensure that all guests feel comfortable at the Rasterhof and that we can manage the farm optimally, we ask you to observe the following rules: Pets: 1 dog is welcome on request and for an additional charge. Please be sure to let us know when you make your booking request. Advance service bookings: Services such as our daily bread roll service, the traditional farmer's breakfast in the parlour or exclusive use of the sauna must be booked in advance. (The bread roll service, for example, by 5:00 pm the day before). Use of the garden sauna: Our wood-heated Finnish sauna hut is available to you between 1 September and 31 May. Use is exclusively after prior reservation for your booked time. Child-friendly facilities: We are happy to provide high chairs and cots if required. Carrying backpacks for your hikes can be rented on a daily basis for a small rental fee. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the holiday apartment.
