Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability. Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit.
