Property features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 66 acres for play, and two beautifully restored empty barns for indoor adventures. Located in convenient Buxton, Flanagan Farm is a 20 minute drive to beaches and lakes, as well as all of the great sights and dining Portland has to offer. The space Property features include: • Farmhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms • Detached cottage offers a 5th bedroom with outdoor shower • Chef’s kitchen with ample cook and serving ware • Outdoor patio with gas grill • Fire pit with firewood provided • Air conditioning, high-speed internet, Apple TV • Generous gardens and fields for play • Two beautifully restored barns for indoor play or an intimate family gathering • Laundry Other things to note Important notes: • Owners would request a ~2 hour window, one day per weekend, to conduct tours of the barn and outdoor grounds for couples interested in marrying at the property in future years. These tours would never include the farmhouse to respect your privacy, are by invitation only, always occur with one of the property owners present, and would be communicated well in advance during mutually agreed upon times. • Please note that two of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, in the farmhouse are adjoining (you must walk through one bedroom to access the other) • There is the possibility the grounds will need to be accessed on occassion for property maintenance, most likely landscaping and improvements to exteriors. This would be communicated well in advanced and take place on agreed upon dates.
