Located at the corner of a small bussiness strip in historical Swissvale. 25 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Oakland via pubic transportation ( East Busway at Roslyn Station A is 4 mins away ) This little house used to be Swissvale’s tax office. We renovated upstairs unit to hosting Student, young professionals and travelers. This room is located at the third floor. One full bathroom on the third floor. Another Bathroom and kitchen are on the second floor. Street parking is free. The space Kitchen, living room, shared bathroom. Guest access Living room and the Kitchen During your stay I am available with phone or text. Other things to note It’s a bussiness street. Two small off street Parking spot in the back of the house. It’s a one way street. Free street parking spots around the property. (The street meters are non functional) Parking map is upon request.
