This private room is very close to Denver Tech Center (DTC) off I-25 and Arapahoe Rd. It is within a short distance to the light rail station which allows easy access to downtown Denver and DIA. Quick access to major highways. Only .5 miles from Fiddler's Green concert venue. Close to Park Meadows Mall and Sky Ridge Medical Center. You’ll love the space because of the clean private room and remodeled, shared bath plus access to the kitchen. This is great for single travelers! The space The room is upstairs on the upper level of the split-level home. It is a clean 1 bedroom with a queen bed and shared bath. The detached bathroom is remodeled. There is a full closet and hangers as well. You have access to a full kitchen and room in the refrigerator if needed. During your stay I will message you the day of your arrival. I live in the home and will be home to greet you if possible. If not, I will share the access code with you for self-checkin. You will have access to the home anytime with your private front door access code. I have other Airbnb guest(s) regularly in the basement private area. They have their own living space so the 2nd floor is separate for your stay.
