The space Living space, 2 bedrooms, master en suite, guest bath, fully equipped kitchen, west facing balcony (for beautiful sunsets...oversees IMG for-fee golf course). Condo available for minimum of four months during high winter months. So, if your request includes aJanuary, February or March , you must book for four months (no single or 3 month reservations accepted for these months) …..OTHERWISE, all April-December is open for a three month or more booking. Guest access Entire condo and amenities. Available for 3/4 months or more, as listed above. January 1-March 31 available for one four month booking only. Access to building is protected by a locked entry. Access to condo is by digital lock. Code will be provided in ample time for your entry. (See ‘Other things to note’ for additional information.) Other things to note All guests must submit the form we provide for a credit/background check. If adult guests are not in one immediate family, each adult must provide their personal application. This HOA charge for this is $100 per adult (applicant and non-immediate family member.) This condo is available only for 4 month bookings January-March, so any any reservation including January-March is available ONLY for the four month bookings. The fourth month may be added on the beginning or end of the reservation? If Any months preceding or after Jan, Feb. or March are not booked, these months can also be used to meet the four month winter booking requirement. (ie. Oct.-Jan. or Nov.-Feb., Dec-March, etc……or February-May, March-June, etc.).
