Minutes to Mohonk Mt & Minnewaska State Park. Skiing & tubing just over 1 hr away! Plenty of outdoor space with wood burning Chiminea for cozy night-time gathering. The kitchen includes a nice assortment of cookware and utensils to prepare meals and the dining table can comfortably seat 6 adults when dining in. Our cottage is NON SMOKING or VAPING. Free WiFi available. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, farm stands and brewery's. There is NO SMOKING/VAPING in our cottage. Absolutely NO PARTIES or groups of people larger than 5 persons at anytime. You'll be able to access the whole property except the basement which is the homeowners storage area. Check in time can be changed to accommodate the guests. We are available via phone, text, or through the Airbnb app at any point during your stay. We live next to the cottage and are able to assist at anytime. We are 1 mile from the village of Gardiner. You can dine at the The Disgruntled Chef or Cafe Mio, Angry Orchard and Gardiner Brewery are close by as well.
