Quite country living 10 miles from downtown Chattanooga. The 2nd floor of a 1922 Farm House located in Flintstone, GA, a quiet, rural community located at the foot of Lookout Mtn. It's a beautiful drive 10 miles to downtown Chattanooga; riverfront; TN Aquarium; Coolidge Park; lots of great restaurants, outdoor sights & activities. The Roost the 2nd floor that can sleep two adults& 1 child. Convenient to: Iron Man Course, Riverbend Festival, Fall Foliage, & near LOTS of wedding & music venues. The Roost is accessed through the main house but just a short distance to the stairs to the second floor which is completely private. It’s about 500 sq. ft., with a large living space, a designated bedroom area, and a bathroom with shower. There's a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a small youth bed (sleep2 1 child). Not recommended for toddlers/children. The stairs to the upstairs are well lit for your convenience. We may see each other occasionally but we strive to give our guests complete privacy. However, we are available if needed. No pets allowed. The back porch is available for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We live in the downstairs portion of the house and are usually around most of the time. We are available for directions, suggestions, and general questions. We live in a quite neighborhood. Children may be playing during the day. Occasionally our neighbor, who is a musician, will have a gathering with his friends and you may hear their music. I must say, it pretty good music :-) We are located in a rural area and public transportation is not available. Uber is probably the best option for transportation if you do not have a car. Additional charge for 1 adult guests only.
