Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. There is a stunning ensuite featuring walk in oversized shower tray with rain fall shower head, wall hung toilet and Vanity unit with storage. The bedroom features bespoke, locally made furniture including a super-king pencil post bed, Smart 50” tv, dressing table and large wardrobe. Off road parking. The space Private off road parking with EV charging, available at 0.40p per kWh. Open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, smart TV, leather sofa and 2 seater dining table. Brand new modern ensuite with walk in shower tray, rain fall shower head, vanity unit with storage and wall hung toilet. Beautiful bedroom with Super-king pencil post bed, large wardrobe and oversized dressing table . Guest access You will have the whole of the property to yourselves. The parking space is off our driveway, we just ask that you park in your space and dont block the drive. Other things to note Our boundary is the local primary school so at certain times (10.30am-11, 12.30-1, 2.45-3pm) you can hear the children playing. It is a very small school with less than 50 children! Car charging - you are welcome to use the car charger, however please note this will be invoiced additionally after your stay at 0.40p per kWh.
