Season Kayak & Paddleboard rentals, mins to beaches and close to wineries! Continental Breakfast is offered everyday 8am-10am. *This unit sits closest to the road. The space Stay, play and relax with much to do while on property with seasonal kayak and paddleboard rentals, barbeque grills, seasonal outdoor pool with yard games, playground to watch the kiddos or sunbathe/picnic in our private bay beach a short walk away. All are welcome to bring their own boards to enjoy the water as well. We also offer a complimentary beach pass to take advantage of the beautiful beaches in Southampton (pass is subject to availability). Perfect and close spot to all the South Fork Wineries! During your stay Living nearby from the premises, we are available 24/7. We love to socialize with our guests and also give them space to enjoy their stay.
