Welcome to a cozy getaway, The Little Barbee Lodge. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located right on the channel *lake access* of Little Barbee Lake! Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Watch the sunrise on the screened-in patio. Enjoy the water and the land with our 2 kayak's & 2 bikes! In the evening, enjoy a bonfire. *The Barbee Chain of Lakes are noted for the fishing/hunting. I have pier space available for an additional charge until. Bring your boat! 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds. (new 2019) 1 bathroom w/shower. (no tub) Screened-in room with futon, table and chairs. Water-front deck with umbrella table and chairs. Kitchen amenities include oven and stove, microwave, fridge, and a Kurig coffee maker. (Please bring your own pods!) (no dishwasher) All dishes and cook wear is provided. Living room has a queen futon. TV with a fire stick. There is pier space available upon request for an additional cost. We live close by, so if there's anything you need, we are a phone call away, or a short 5 minute drive by land or by water. We love taking our guests on the boat if you'd like to see the lakes from the water. Worried about cabin fever? NOT HERE! Our Lodge is located 1 mile from the historic Barbee Hotel (delicious food and drinks), and Danny's Sports Bar. Down the street is the waterside Lakelife Bar and Grill. Enjoy a cold beverage and delicious food at either, while listening to Friday and Saturday night karaoke, or live band music. The Tippy Winery, Noa Noa and Cerulean are all just a 15 min drive away for your upscale dinning. All are credited for their unique experience of delicious food, beverages and their top-rated atmosphere. Please park in the back of the lodge, next to the shed. There is no public transportation. There are 2 adult bikes and 2 kayak's for land and lake adventures! The Heron Bay neighborhood is a quiet community. Our neighbors are having some construction done starting mid June 2023. I'm not sure of the finish date. More than half of the community are year round residence. Everyone is so friendly.
