The Little Barbee Lodge *Lake Access*

Welcome to a cozy getaway, The Little Barbee Lodge. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located off the channel *lake access* of Little Barbee Lake! Equipped with the things you need for a relaxing vacation. Watch the sunrise on the screened-in patio. Enjoy the water and the land with our 2 kayak's & 2 adult bikes! In the evening, enjoy a bonfire. *The Barbee Chain of Lakes are noted for the fishing/hunting. I have pier space available for an additional charge. Bring your boat! The space 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds. (new mattresses 2022) 1 bathroom w/shower. (no tub) Bathing towels and hairdryer are provided. Please bring your favorite bathroom necessities. Screened-in room with queen futon, table and chairs. Covered deck has a ceiling fan, table and chairs and charcoal grill. (Bring charcoal/lighter fluid) Fire pit (Bring firewood) Kitchen amenities include oven and stove, microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. (Please bring your own coffee) (no dishwasher) All dishes and cook wear is provided. Living room has a queen futon. TV with a fire stick for music, movies ECT. Please bring beach towels and floaties to enjoy swimming off the pier. Pier located down the street. Pier space is available for an additional rate. Shopping is within 10 minutes. Many restaurants and bars nearby with entertainment to choose from. Guest access There is pier space available upon request for an additional cost. I rent the pier space as needed. Other things to note The Heron Bay neighborhood is a quiet community. More than half of the community are year round residence. Everyone is so friendly. By Land: Loading and unloading is perfectly fine next to the entry door, but please park next to the shed in the designated parking area. By Boat: Loading and unloading on the channel by the house is fine, but parking your boat needs to be at the provided pier space at the end of the channel. Our Little Barbee lodge is located at the end of the channel. 2 kayaks with lifejackets and 2 adult bikes with helmets are part of the fun, staying at The Little Barbee Lodge.
